Today, we’re pleased to be able to announce the new Technology Code of Practice. The feedback we received from government departments, the tech industry and other interested parties has been a huge help. But we also identified further areas for improvement.
Getting people involved in the process of writing the new Technology Code of Practice has been incredibly useful. Now we need your support to craft the final iteration.
A few weeks ago we asked for your feedback on the new Technology Code of Practice. We wanted to pick out some of the areas where people have provided feedback, and talk about what we’ve done to tackle those areas.
We're updating the Technology Code of Practice and we need your input to ensure our new draft takes progress in government technology into account, while continuing our focus on user needs.
We’re currently re-writing the Technology Code of Practice. On Global Accessibility Awareness Day, we wanted to share one of our early decisions with you.
Although the election meant that we went on a period of radio silence, there were a number of quite big decisions that came through right at the end of the parliament
